1. Service Scope

Nodex provides website AI visibility analysis, technical diagnostics, generated implementation files, and dashboard/reporting features based on submitted scan targets.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

  • - You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of your login email.
  • - You are responsible for all activity performed through your account session.
  • - You must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, reverse-engineering, or service disruption.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • - You confirm you have the right to submit and analyze the websites you scan.
  • - You are responsible for validating and safely deploying generated outputs.
  • - You are responsible for compliance with your own legal, security, and regulatory obligations.

4. Plans, Billing, and Access

  • - Feature availability depends on your active plan and subscription status.
  • - Paid subscriptions renew according to billing settings unless canceled.
  • - Promo codes and discounts are applied under their own validity and usage rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Nodex retains rights to the platform, software, and service design. You retain rights to your own submitted website content. Generated outputs are provided for your implementation use.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Nodex does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific ranking/visibility outcomes in third-party AI systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

8. Suspension and Termination

Nodex may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, policy violation, security risk, or unpaid obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
