Refund Policy
Nodex Pro is an instant digital service. It provides paid access to AI visibility reports, website scan context, implementation guidance, generated files, and downloadable digital assets. Because these deliverables can be accessed immediately after payment, Nodex does not offer an automatic or unconditional refund period.
Refund review eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund may be approved when there is a duplicate charge, a payment error, or a technical issue that prevents access to the paid service and cannot be resolved by Nodex within a reasonable time.
Digital delivery
Accessing Pro reports, viewing paid implementation guidance, generating AI-ready files, downloading files, or using paid scan features means the digital service has started and may be treated as delivered. Refund requests after digital delivery are not automatically accepted.
Cancellations and renewals
- - Cancelling a plan stops future billing. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- - Current billing periods and renewals are non-refundable unless required by law or approved after manual review.
- - Accounts with previous refunds, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, suspicious usage, or policy violations are not eligible for discretionary refunds.
To request a refund review, submit a support request from your Nodex account, including your billing email, transaction details, and a short explanation.
