This policy applies to the Nodex web application, scan workflows, dashboard, and related billing and authentication flows.

  • - Scan input data: website URL/domain and optional technical scan context.
  • - Account data: email address used for login and access control.
  • - Scan output data: reports, generated files, and scan metadata.
  • - Billing data: subscription status and payment-provider metadata required for plan enforcement.
  • - Operational logs: security and system logs needed for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • - Provide AI visibility analysis and generate technical implementation outputs.
  • - Authenticate users and protect account/session security.
  • - Enforce plan entitlements and subscription-based feature access.
  • - Maintain service performance, monitor incidents, and prevent misuse.

4. Data Retention

Nodex retains data for as long as required to operate the service, preserve account history, and satisfy legal or security obligations. Scan records may be soft-deleted in the application and later removed according to operational retention policies.

5. Data Sharing

Nodex does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure or payment providers when required to deliver the service (for example hosting, email delivery, and billing processing).

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service scope, including access control, authentication tokens, and infrastructure-level protections. No internet service can be guaranteed as fully risk-free.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your account-related data. Account owners are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit scanned website content.
